Deine Aufgaben
  • Umsetzung des Content-Konzeptes im Rahmen der Themen- und Kampagnenplanung
  • Redaktion, Produktion und Publikation von Beiträgen der externen Kommunikation sowie  internen Kommunikation
  • Be-/Überarbeitung von Firmenpräsentationen, Vorträgen und Unternehmensprofilen
  • Sicherstellung von Corporate Design und Branding
  • International ausgerichtete Content- & Social-Media-Strategien mit redaktioneller Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Kanäle inklusive Monitoring
  • Community Management für das Partnernetzwerk
  • Durchführung von Situationsanalysen
  • Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung der Unternehmenskultur
  • Umsetzung der Marketing-Controlling Maßnahmen
Dein Profil
  • Akademische Ausbildung, oder Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in relevanten Bereichen
  • Ausgeprägtes Sprachgefühl, Freude am Texten sowie Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Selbständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Sorgfältigkeit mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Analytisches, objektorientiertes und innovatives Denken, Ergebnis- und Zielorientierung sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Du bist gewillt in einem dynamischen und innovativen Start-Up zu arbeiten und gemeinsam neue Strukturen zu festigen
  • Affinität zu IT-Themen, im Besonderen der Energieoptimierung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission
  • Implementation of the content concept as part of the topic and campaign planning    
  • Editing, production and publication of contributions to external communication and internal communication    
  • Editing/revising company presentations, lectures and company profiles     
  • Ensuring corporate design and branding     
  • Internationally oriented content and social media strategies with editorial responsibility and further development of social media channels including monitoring     
  • Community management for the partner network     
  • Conducting situation analyses     
  • Helping to develop the corporate culture    
  • Implementation of marketing controlling measures 
Your profile
  • Academic training or professional training with a focus on marketing 
  • Relevant professional experience in relevant fields 
  • Excellent language skills, enjoy writing and communication skills 
  • Independent, structured way of working and diligence with high quality standards 
  • Analytical, object-oriented and innovative thinking, result and goal orientation as well as a sense of responsibility 
  • You are willing to work in a dynamic and innovative start-up and to consolidate new structures together 
  • Affinity for IT topics, especially energy optimization 
  • Fluent German and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
