Deine Aufgaben
Im Olmatic Operations Team bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Industrieprojekten rund um Erneuerbare Energien.
 
  • Projektplanung und -entwicklung:
    • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Standortanalysen für Energieprojekte.
    • Entwicklung von umfassenden Projektstrategien unter Berücksichtigung von Budgets, Zeitplänen und Ressourcen.
  • Projektleitung:
    • Überwachung und Koordination von Projektaktivitäten, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerunternehmen und Subunternehmern.
    • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
  • Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement:
    • Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und -überwachung im Zusammenhang mit Energieprojekten.
    • Effiziente Nutzung von Ressourcen und Kostenkontrolle während des gesamten Projektablaufs.
  • Kommunikation und Stakeholdermanagement:
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, externen Beratern und Stakeholdern, um einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicherzustellen.
    • Klare und präzise Kommunikation von Projektfortschritten und -herausforderungen an das Management.
  • Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung:
    • Implementierung von Qualitätskontrollmaßnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Energieprojekte den vereinbarten Standards entsprechen.
    • Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und innovative Lösungsansätze.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über die notwendige Expertise in einer/mehrerer dieser Bereiche: Civil Works & Bauleitung, Elektrotechnik, Finanzen & Controlling, Rechtliches & Zertifizierung.
  • Du liebst die Herausforderungen und magst die Zusammenarbeit mit einem guten und motivierten Team.
  • Du bist proaktiv und kommunizierst gerne.
  • Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung und Bauleitung, vorzugsweise im Bereich zivile Bauprojekte.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Bauvorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.

Your mission
In the Olmatic Operations Team you are responsible for the development of industrial projects related to renewable energies.
 
  • Project planning and development:
    • Carrying out feasibility studies and location analyzes for energy projects.
    • Develop comprehensive project strategies taking budgets, schedules and resources into account.
  • Project management:
    • Monitoring and coordinating project activities, including collaboration with partner companies and subcontractors.
    • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
  • Budget and resource management:
    • Responsible for budget planning and monitoring related to energy projects.
    • Efficient use of resources and cost control throughout the entire project process.
  • Communication and stakeholder management:
    • Work closely with internal teams, external consultants and stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.
    • Clear and precise communication of project progress and challenges to management.
  • Quality control and assurance:
    • Implementing quality control measures to ensure all energy projects meet agreed standards.
    • Identification of improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.
Your profile
  • You have the necessary expertise in one/several of these areas: Civil Works & Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Finance & Controlling, Legal & Certification.
  • You love challenges and like working with a good and motivated team.
  • You are proactive and like to communicate.
  • You have a solid knowledge of German and English.
  • Proven experience in project development and construction management, preferably in the area of civil construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant building regulations and safety standards.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
