Deine Aufgaben
Im Olmatic Operations Team bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Industrieprojekten. Federführend setzt du dabei die Entwicklung und Auslegung der bestehenden Netzinfrastruktur (Niederspannung, Mittelspannung, MS-Schaltanlage,...) um. 


  • Projektplanung und -entwicklung:
    • Analyse des Ist-Zustand des Standorts des Industriekunden hinsichtlich Netzinfrastruktur. 
    • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Standortanalysen hinsichtlich Netzinfrastruktur und Möglichkeiten am Standort.
    • Entwicklung des Projektes unter Berücksichtigung von Budgets, Zeitplänen und Ressourcen.
  • Projektteam:
    • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team. 
    • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und externen Firmen. 
    • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
  • Kommunikation 
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, externen Beratern und Stakeholdern des Projektes
    • Klare und präzise Kommunikation von Projektfortschritten und -herausforderungen an das Management.
  • Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung:
    • Implementierung von Qualitätskontrollmaßnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Energieprojekte den korrekten Standards entsprechen.
    • Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und innovative Lösungsansätze.
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften im Bereich der Energieversorgung.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über die notwendige Expertise in einer/mehrerer dieser Bereiche: Elektrotechnik, Netzinfrastruktur, Transformatoren, Projektentwicklung.
  • Du liebst die Herausforderungen und die Zusammenarbeit in einem sehr motivierten Team.
  • Du bist proaktiv und kommunizierst gerne.
  • Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Netzinfrastruktur und/oder Erneuerbare Energien.  
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften im Bereich der Energieversorgung.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten (< 25 %)

Your mission
In the Olmatic Operations Team you are responsible for the development of industrial projects relating to renewable energies and in particular for the area of finance and controlling.
 
  • Financial planning:
    • Preparation and monitoring of financial plans taking into account budgets, liquidity forecasts and project development goals.
    • Analyzing and optimizing financial performance to support strategic project decisions.
  • Controlling:
    • Implementation and further development of controlling instruments for effective monitoring of project goals.
    • Identification of risks and opportunities through detailed analysis of financial data.
  • Project management:
    • Management of financial and controlling projects from conception to successful implementation.
    • Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and interface management.
  • Reporting:
    • Preparation of meaningful financial reports and presentations for management.
    • Communication of financial performance and recommendations for action to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Optimization of processes:
    • Continuous improvement of financial and controlling processes to ensure efficiency and transparency.
Your profile
  • Completed studies in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification.
  • You love challenges and like working with a good and motivated team
  • You are proactive and like to communicate.
  • You have a solid knowledge of German and English.
  • Sound knowledge of the use of controlling instruments and financial analyses.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable manner.
