Als Head of Product trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Produktstrategie, leitest ein wachsendes Team und stellst sicher, dass Olmatic mit visions Marktstandards setzt und Maßstäbe für Innovation, Qualität und Impact definiert.

Produktvision & Strategie: Du entwickelst und verantwortest die übergreifende Produktstrategie und Roadmap – von der Plattformarchitektur bis zu den Modulen – und verankerst Olmatic als führenden Anbieter im industriellen Energiemanagement.
Leadership & Teamentwicklung: Du führst und entwickelst ein interdisziplinäres Team aus Product Managern, Designern und Analysten. Dein Ziel: High-Performance-Strukturen, klare Rollen, messbare Ergebnisse.
Customer & Market Excellence: Du verstehst unsere Industriekunden tiefgehend, erkennst Trends und Märkte frühzeitig und übersetzt diese Insights in differenzierende Lösungen mit echtem Mehrwert.
Stakeholder-Management: Du arbeitest eng mit Foundern, Tech-Teams, Sales und Consulting zusammen, um die Produktprioritäten in Einklang mit Unternehmensstrategie und Marktzielen umzusetzen.
Wachstum & Skalierung: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Plattform skalierbar, modular und zukunftssicher bleibt – mit Fokus auf Qualität, Time-to-Market und nachhaltigem Impact.

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product Management, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung in der Rolle Head of Product, Director of Product oder vergleichbar.
Fundierte Erfahrung im Tech-Umfeld, idealerweise in den Bereichen Energie, industrielle Technologien oder SaaS.
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Skalierung von Produktstrategien sowie im Aufbau leistungsfähiger Teams.
Starke analytische und unternehmerische Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit Empathie für Kundenbedürfnisse.
Exzellente Kommunikations- und Führungsqualitäten, die es dir ermöglichen, Teams, Stakeholder und Kunden gleichermaßen zu überzeugen.

Your mission

At Olmatic, we develop intelligent, data-driven solutions to make the energy world more sustainable, smarter, and more efficient. Our modular platform visions enables industrial companies to reduce energy costs through AI-powered control, forecasting, and optimization of complex energy systems.

As Head of Product, you hold full responsibility for our product strategy, lead a growing team, and ensure that Olmatic sets market standards with visions – defining benchmarks for innovation, quality, and impact.

Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the overarching product strategy and roadmap – from platform architecture to modules – positioning Olmatic as a leading provider in industrial energy management.
Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts. Build high-performance structures with clear roles and measurable outcomes.
Customer & Market Excellence: Gain deep insights into our industrial customers, anticipate market trends, and translate them into differentiated solutions with tangible value.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with founders, tech teams, sales, and consulting to align product priorities with company strategy and market goals.
Growth & Scaling: Ensure that our platform remains scalable, modular, and future-proof – with a strong focus on quality, time-to-market, and sustainable impact.

Your profile

Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally with leadership experience as Head of Product, Director of Product, or similar.
Solid background in the tech industry, ideally within energy, industrial technologies, or SaaS.
Proven track record in developing and scaling product strategies as well as building and leading high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset combined with empathy for customer needs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to align and inspire teams, stakeholders, and customers alike.
