Your mission

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships, playing a pivotal role in ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Long-term Customer Management: Act as the primary contact for existing customers, ensuring continuous satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proactively identify expansion opportunities, conduct contract negotiations, and leverage potential to drive revenue growth.
• Strategic Account Development: Regularly analyze customer needs, conduct business reviews, and develop tailored strategies to maximize your customers’ success.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, and Sales teams to effectively fulfill customer expectations and objectives.
Your profile
• Solid experience in account management, ideally within a SaaS, software, or technology environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with enthusiasm for building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong customer-centric approach, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities to identify opportunities early.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and good understanding of sales processes and contract management.
• Proactive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and enjoyment collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
